Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities. • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business intelligence tools. Requirements • No prior experience required; freshers are welcome. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
