Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of practical experience who can independently handle social media marketing, digital campaigns, graphic designing and content creation. We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience, a strong portfolio and the ability to deliver quality work independently. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing • Manage and grow company social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook. • Plan and execute social media content and marketing strategies. • Create and manage posts, reels and promotional campaigns. • Handle Meta Ads and monitor campaign performance. • Understand basic Google Ads and digital advertising. • Conduct competitor and market research. • Track reach, engagement, leads and campaign performance. • Prepare basic performance reports. • Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation. Graphic Design & Content Creation • Design professional social media posts, banners, advertisements and promotional creatives. • Create engaging Instagram and Facebook creatives. • Edit short-form videos and reels when required. • Work with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software. • Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors and layouts. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design. • Strong understanding of social media marketing. • Practical knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred. • Good graphic designing and creative skills. • Good understanding of Instagram/Facebook content. • Ability to create professional designs independently. • Good communication and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Portfolio / previous work samples are mandatory.
