Role Description This full-time Data Analyst, Python, SQL, DAV & Automations role is a hybrid position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support decision-making and performance tracking across automation and AI-driven initiatives. The Data Analyst will design and maintain dashboards and visualizations, write efficient SQL queries, and build Python scripts to automate data workflows and reporting. Responsibilities include developing data models, identifying trends and insights, validating data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. The role also requires documenting analytical processes, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and continuously improving data pipelines and automation frameworks. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. • Solid understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analyses, predictive models, and forecasting solutions. • Effective Communication skills to present data findings, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document methodologies clearly. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, pipeline development, automation, and performance optimization. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for building clear, interactive dashboards and reports. • Familiarity with automation frameworks, ETL processes, and working with large-scale or cloud-based data environments is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage priorities independently, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
