Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join Airbnb's Marketing organization partners closely with our Global Partnerships team to turn commercial deals into brand-building moments. Our partners' channels carry audience reach, trust, and cultural credibility — when we show up well on them, we drive bookings, brand love, and reach beyond our owned brand and paid media. This role sits within Marcomm/Marketing, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Global Partnerships (who own the commercial relationship) as well as Creative, PGM, Comms, and Regional Marketing to bring partner storytelling to life, held to the same bar as Airbnb's own brand campaigns. The Difference You Will Make As Lead, Partnership Marketing, you'll own the marketing strategy and execution across Airbnb's partner portfolio — turning each partnership's commercial objective into a compelling marketing plan with clear success measures. You'll be the connective tissue between our partners' brand systems and Airbnb's, building campaigns that live on partner channels while staying integrated with Airbnb's owned storytelling. Success looks like a portfolio of partner campaigns that consistently deliver measurable brand and bookings impact, a scorecard that lets leadership compare performance across partners, and an operating rhythm for partner marketing that didn't exist before you built it.
