Product/Project Manager – Tech Ecosystem (Placemux & MeetMux)

**Job Title:** Product/Project Manager – Tech Ecosystem (Placemux & MeetMux) • *Company:** Altrodav Technologies Pvt Ltd • *Experience:** 3+ years • *Compensation:** ₹20–30 LPA (based on experience/fit) • *Location:** Brigade Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore • *Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred • *About the Role** Altrodav Technologies is building a portfolio of tech products — including Placemux ("Better place, faster pace") and MeetMux — and we're looking for a Product/Project Manager to drive execution, roadmap, and delivery across this ecosystem. • *Role Overview** You'll own end-to-end product/project management for one or both platforms — translating vision into shippable features, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, quality delivery. • *Key Responsibilities** - Own product roadmaps and sprint planning for Placemux and/or MeetMux - Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and specs - Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure aligned execution - Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams - Run agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and track velocity - Define and track KPIs/metrics for product performance and adoption - Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy - Manage stakeholder communication, including leadership updates and client-facing teams - Identify risks/blockers early and drive resolution - Own product launches, from beta to GA, including go-to-market coordination • *Requirements** - 3+ years managing tech products or projects (SaaS/platform experience preferred) - Experience owning a product from conception through launch and iteration - Strong grasp of agile/scrum methodologies - Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills - Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics tools and metrics-based decisions - Prior experience managing multiple products/projects simultaneously is a plus - Startup experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration - **Must be available to join immediately** • *Compensation & Benefits** - CTC: ₹20,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
