Civil Engineer – Industrial Project | Chennai

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site execution, coordination, quality control and project progress monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site. • Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and other engineering teams. • Monitor foundations, RCC, structural and other civil construction activities. • Review civil drawings, BOQ, specifications and technical documents. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. • Ensure construction quality as per approved specifications and standards. • Coordinate inspections and resolve site-related technical issues. • Monitor material usage and construction activities. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. • Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, PEB and other project disciplines. • Ensure compliance with project safety requirements. Preferred Project Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred: • Industrial / Manufacturing Plants • Factory Construction • Production Facilities • Plant Construction • Industrial Infrastructure • EPC Projects • RCC & Structural Works • Foundation Works • PEB / Industrial Buildings • Large-Scale Construction Projects Candidate Requirements • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • 6–12 years of relevant experience. • Industrial / Manufacturing project experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution. • Good understanding of drawings, BOQ and project documentation. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Candidates must be willing to work at the Chennai project location.
