Senior NodeJS Developer

Primary Skills - Node JS, React, Javascript, AWS Secondry Skills - Python We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, React, JavaScript and AWS. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, technically strong, and comfortable designing and developing scalable cloud-based applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop O2P’s web platform and APIs. • Build scalable, secure and cost-effective applications in the AWS cloud. • Work with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway and RDS. • Develop and maintain RESTful microservices using Node.js. • Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies and tools for business requirements. • Follow strong engineering, quality and DevOps practices, including unit testing. • Contribute to CI/CD, observability, reliability and test automation. • Design solutions considering upstream and downstream system impacts. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support applications in production and troubleshoot issues when required. • Collaborate with and mentor team members across APAC, EMEA and the US. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–7 years of relevant hands-on software development experience. • Strong experience with Node.js, React and JavaScript. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development. • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. • Good understanding of both Relational and NoSQL databases. • Strong understanding of API security and data encryption. • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability and test automation. • Ability to design scalable, highly available, resilient and cost-effective applications. • Strong architectural and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • A curious, growth-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team.
