Business Analyst - IT

About the role: As the Deputy Manager of Information Technology, you will play a key role in evaluating and optimizing business processes, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of IT systems. You will lead process reviews, stay updated on IT advancements, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Evaluation: • Assess and analyze business processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement.- • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Process Optimization: • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop and execute optimization strategies. • Stay informed about the latest IT advancements to modernize and automate systems. 3. Meetings and Presentations: • Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate ideas, findings, and solutions to stakeholders and management. 4. Requirements Analysis: • Perform thorough requirements analysis to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives. 5. Documentation: • Document and communicate results, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Documents (SRD). • Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations on findings and progress. 6. Stakeholder Engagement: • Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce actionable reports. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to address their needs and ensure successful project outcomes. 7. Cross-Functional Communication: • Effectively communicate insights, plans, and progress to cross-functional team members and management.
