Python Web Developer / Full Stack Developer Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development expertise in Python along with experience in modern frontend technologies. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data analysts, and cross-functional teams to build robust, user-friendly web solutions for analytics and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Python. • Develop backend services and APIs using Flask and/or Django frameworks. • Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS. • Design and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data pipelines. • Develop analytics dashboards and reporting applications. • Collaborate with product owners, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications. • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning. Required Skills Backend • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with Flask and/or Django • REST API development • Good understanding of software engineering principles Database • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server Frontend • Experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Knowledge of Angular is an added advantage Development Practices • Git/version control • Unit testing and debugging • Code review and quality standards • Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Skills • Experience with Plotly Dash for interactive analytics dashboards. • Experience building data visualization and reporting solutions. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Education • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
