Heat Merchants Group is seeking a commercially focused and technically driven Product Manager for Heating & Renewables to lead our product sourcing and range management strategy within our growing renewables division. The Role As Product Manager, you will source the right products at the right terms, ensuring Heat Merchants continues to lead the way in the renewable market. You'll work closely with suppliers, sales teams and key stakeholders to drive innovation, optimise product ranges and support business growth. • Manage and develop renewable product ranges • Monitor stock profiles and support inventory planning • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships • Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial terms Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Source and launch innovative new products • Develop pricing strategies and margin management plans • Collaborate with Sales, Specification, Estimation and Marketing teams • Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns • Stay ahead of legislative, environmental and technological developments within the sector What We're Looking For • Minimum 5 years' experience within the HVAC industry • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills • Ability to identify and anticipate industry trends and changes • Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Full, clean driving licence Desirable • Experience working with HVAC manufacturers or suppliers • Knowledge of energy-efficient and renewable HVAC technologies • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations • Engineering or related technical qualification Apply Today If you're looking for an opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
