Data Analyst / MIS Executive

We are looking for a Data Analyst to manage, organize, analyze, and present business data across various departments and business units. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, MIS, and data insights to support management decision-making. Designation : Data Analyst / MIS Executive / Business Data Analyst Key Responsibilities - Collect, maintain, and organize data from multiple departments and business units. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Analyze sales, revenue, cost, manpower, inventory, customer, and operational data. - Create dashboards and reports for management review. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data. - Identify trends, gaps, variances, and improvement areas. - Coordinate with departments for timely data collection and validation. - Maintain data trackers, reports, and historical records. - Support management with business analysis and performance reports. - Work on Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar data tools. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel. - Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio will be preferred. - Good analytical and numerical ability. - Ability to prepare dashboards, charts, and reports. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to handle confidential business data. Qualification & Experience - Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. - 1–4 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, business analysis, or reporting. - Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or multi-unit business will be preferred.
