Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring designs meet technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tirupati and involves preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, plans, and calculations for infrastructure, site development, and stormwater systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders; conducting site visits and inspections; and resolving technical issues during planning and construction. The Senior Civil Engineer will also support project scheduling, resource planning, cost estimation, and quality control, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices. Qualifications • Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with proven experience in infrastructure or site development projects. • Ability to guide and collaborate with Civil Engineers, providing technical leadership and oversight. • Strong Planning skills for project scheduling, resource management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. • Knowledge and experience in Stormwater Management, including drainage design and compliance with local regulations. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. • Relevant professional experience as a civil engineer, preferably in a senior or lead capacity. • Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and safety standards. • Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. • Ability to work on-site in Tirupati and conduct field inspections as required.
