.Net FullStack C#+React (Early joiner with 7+ yrs)

Full Stack Developer (React + C#/.NET + MSSQL) About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable building modern React frontends and robust C#/.NET backends. Our ideal candidate has strong experience with JavaScript, React, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server, and is familiar with AWS cloud services. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling web applications used by our clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# (.NET Core/.NET Framework) • Design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using MSSQL • Work within a cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and efficient • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean, modular, and maintainable codebase Must-Have Qualifications • 3+ years of professional full stack development experience • Strong skills in JavaScript and React • Solid backend experience with C# and .NET • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and query optimization • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Beanstalk) • Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members Nice-to-Haves • Experience with Ag-Grid or other advanced data grid components • Familiarity with TypeScript • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices Experience with modern UI/UX best practices
