Its strong brand presence and service-driven approach make it a trusted partner for over 50,000 customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Tiruchendur. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee waterproofing and building repair projects, ensuring that civil engineering designs and plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and technicians, monitoring material usage and workmanship quality, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves preparing and reviewing drawings, reports, and documentation, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and environmental requirements. The Site Civil Engineer will also collaborate with the diagnostic team to translate building health assessments into practical engineering solutions for customers. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to building repair and waterproofing projects. • Experience as a Civil Engineer in site supervision, project execution, and quality control for construction or maintenance works. • Skills in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and building drainage systems, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to safety and durability. • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with on-site teams and management. • Willingness to work on-site in Tiruchendur and conduct regular field inspections and assessments.
