We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a Civil Engineering background who can handle site supervision, project coordination, and operational activities while ensuring smooth project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day site supervision and operational activities. • Read and interpret engineering/civil drawings for execution purposes. • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and ensure work execution as per drawings and timelines. • Coordinate manpower and material requirements at site. • Maintain project reports and documentation. • Track and resolve site issues for seamless project execution. • Ensure quality standards and project requirements are maintained. Required Skills: • Drawing reading and interpretation • Project coordination • Site supervision • Civil engineering knowledge • MS Excel and AutoCAD knowledge • Communication and stakeholder management • Documentation and reporting skills Candidate Profile: • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) • Freshers or candidates with 1-7 years of experience can apply • Site operations/project coordination experience preferred • Strong coordination and execution skills • Willingness to travel within the Pune Zone if required
