Growth Marketing Intern (Paid) - AI Voice Agents

This role is intended for Y'25 or Y'26 college graduates or people with under 3 year overall experience only. Need to be present in Hyderabad, India. At Cavorite AI we are building the next generation of AI voice agents on frontier AI technology. Our product is live today on the US App Store. Our core product is an AI phone receptionist that answers a business's calls. Our agents are built to handle customer service on the business's own number, across voice and text. Our current focus markets are the United States and India. https://cavorite.ai/ The role You will run growth marketing for India, working directly with the founder and the growth team. This is not a shadowing role and it is not a training program. You own the work, you carry the number, and you report it every week. If you are ambitious about a career in SaaS sales, and you follow AI closely enough to have opinions about it, this is the role you want. You will be selling frontier AI to real businesses in your first year of work, not reading about it. Three months is the minimum duration. If you deliver, interns would be converted full time employees. What you will own - Outreach. You find the businesses worth talking to, you write to them on LinkedIn, and you turn cold messages into conversations. You own the volume and you own the reply rate. - Demos. You run the product demo yourself, virtually and in person around Hyderabad. - The digital strategy. You decide which channels we try, what we say on them, and what we spend. - The story. How we describe this product to an Indian business owner in words they actually recognise. You write it, test it, and rewrite it. What good looks like at three months - A repeatable way to reach business owners that someone else could pick up and run - Real conversations you started, and the customers that came out of them - A clear answer, backed by evidence, on which channel we should put money behind next - You understand our buyer better than we did the day you arrived Who this is for - Currently studying or recently graduated in business. BBA, B.Com, MBA - Under three years of total work experience. More than that and we will not be able to consider the application. - Clear writing and confident speaking. You will be in front of business o for you, so this matters more than anything else on this list. - Fluent English. Telugu or Hindi is a genuine advantage in these conversations. - Based in Hyderabad, or able to be there for in person meetings. - You use AI tools seriously in your own work. - You want to be told plainly when something is not working, and you seek that to grow.
