1 Sr. Resource: Frontend - Required skills: o React Native o Next.js 15 o TypeScript o Zod o Mantine v9 o Custom Hook & State Architecture o REST API Integration - Preferred skills: o Azure o Authentication & Security o CI/CD Pipelines Based on above skill sets: Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain scalable, production-grade frontend applications using React Native and Next.js 15 - Write fully typed, maintainable code in TypeScript across all layers of the frontend stack - Define and enforce runtime data validation using Zod for API responses, form inputs and shared data contracts - Develop rich, accessible UI components and layouts using Mantine v9, including theming, responsive design and component customisation - Design and implement custom hooks and state architecture patterns that promote reusability, testability and separation of concerns - Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs — handling authentication flows, error states, loading states and data caching - Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure type-safe end-to-end data flows - Participate in code reviews, technical planning and sprint ceremonies - Maintain frontend documentation, component libraries and coding standards ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience Skill: Detail React 19 : Strong hands-on experience with React 19 including concurrent features, transitions and the latest hooks patterns Next.js 15 :Production experience with Next.js 15 — App Router, Server Components, Server Actions, routing and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR) TypeScript : Advanced TypeScript proficiency — generics, utility types, discriminated unions, strict mode Zod : Experience using Zod for schema definition, validation and type inference across API boundaries and forms Mantine v9 : Hands-on experience with Mantine v9 component library — theming, custom components, form integration and responsive layouts Custom Hook & State Architecture : Proven ability to design clean custom hook patterns, manage complex local and global state, and structure frontend codebases for scale REST API Integration : Solid experience consuming REST APIs — handling async data fetching, error boundaries, optimistic updates and token-based authentication ________________________________________ Preferred Skills & Experience Skill : Detail Azure : Familiarity with Azure Static Web Apps, Azure CDN, Azure DevOps or Azure AD / Entra ID for frontend hosting and identity Authentication & Security : Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT handling, secure token storage, PKCE flows and protecting frontend routes CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up or maintaining frontend CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent — including build, lint, test and deploy stages ________________________________________ What We're Looking For - A frontend engineer who thinks in systems — not just components - Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals and accessibility (WCAG) fundamentals - Comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum environment with regular releases and evolving requirements - A cooperative team player who engages proactively with designers, backend engineers and product stakeholders - Attention to detail in both code quality and visual output ________________________________________ Pay: ₹308,116.43 - ₹3,093,236.06 per year Benefits: - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - Current Location - Notice Period Experience: - Next JS: 1 year (Preferred) - SDKs: 2 years (Required) - React Native: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
