Role: Business Analysis - GDS Experience: 5 - 8 Years Location: PAN India Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the travel domain, specifically within travel agencies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration of travel operations with modern systems. Key Responsibilities: • Strong hands-on experience with travel APIs and advanced GDS usage. • Proficiency in API testing tools and solid understanding of XML/JSON standards. • Proven ability to solve real-time travel scenarios with technical and operational insight. • Strong alignment with Amex Travel account requirements in terms of technical depth and practical implementation. • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and travel-related datasets. • Mandatory skills: Power BI, Tableau. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
