Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content for deMasters. 2. Create social media posts, carousels, and stories using Canva or other design tools. 3. Research trending audio, content formats, and creative ideas relevant to the studio's branding, design, and marketing work. 4. Write engaging captions, hooks, and on-screen text for Instagram and LinkedIn. 5. Assist in maintaining and executing the social media content calendar, ensuring timely publishing. 6. Capture office activities, team interactions, and creative processes to develop relatable and engaging content. 7. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas and execute content strategies. 8. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and social media trends. Stipend: INR₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month Deadline: 2026-11-21 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Informal dress code, Free snacks & beverages Skills required: Social Media Marketing, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Figma, Instagram Marketing, Marketing and Capcut Other Requirements: • - Candidates with hands-on experience in shooting and editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos are preferred. • - Proficiency in CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or similar content creation and editing tools. • - Basic understanding of camera angles, lighting, framing, and audio recording. • - Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and an eye for design and aesthetics. • - Familiarity with Instagram trends, trending audio, Stories, and LinkedIn content formats. • - Basic copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and on-screen text. • - A portfolio or samples of previous content, reels, or social media designs are an advantage. • - Proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines. • - Comfortable shooting content in an office environment and coordinating with team members. • - Available for a full-time, work-from-office internship in Nagpur.
