Data Analyst

We're Hiring: Data Analyst Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business insights? We're looking for a Data Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to join a global product management team supporting data-driven commercial and product strategies. 📍 Location: Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore (Hybrid) 💼 Experience: 3–6 Years 💰 CTC: ₹8–12 LPA Key Responsibilities: ✅ Analyze business and financial performance to identify key trends and KPIs ✅ Perform SQL-based data analysis and create reports for business insights ✅ Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools ✅ Conduct market research and white-space analysis ✅ Support marketing, commercial, and product teams with data-driven recommendations ✅ Work with stakeholders to improve products, campaigns, and customer engagement ✅ Create campaign lists, user personas, and workflow documentation Required Skills: ✔ Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills ✔ Experience with BI dashboards (Tableau is a plus) ✔ Knowledge of APIs and database querying (Snowflake is an advantage) ✔ Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills ✔ Experience working with large datasets and business reporting
