Graduate Trainee - BIM Civil Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Civil Engineer with a minimum of 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit-based modeling for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Scan-to-BIM workflows, 3D modeling of civil assets, and coordination across disciplines. This role requires an individual with strong technical capabilities in BIM software and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles. Responsibilities • Create and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects • Prepare accurate BIM models using survey data, point clouds, and CAD drawings • Produce construction drawings, plans, sections, and details from Revit models • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers to ensure accurate designs • Help identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks • Follow BIM standards, company procedures, and project requirements • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle • Support project collaboration using BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms • Work closely with senior engineers and modelers to deliver projects on time and continue developing BIM skills Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum of 1 -5 years of relevant BIM experience in civil project • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
