The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support successful delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as the Business Analyst will work with teams across both Canada and international locations. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements. • Leverage strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and other technology teams. • Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities. • Participate in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings. • Identify business process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. • Support the development and execution of test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Assist with issue identification, analysis, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain clear and accurate project and requirements documentation. • Communicate project updates, requirements, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.
