🚨 Hiring: Senior Principal Electromechanical Hardware Architect 📍 Location: Bangalore 💼 Experience: 15+ Years 🏢 Level: Senior Principal / Staff / Architect 🔧 Domain: Commercial Product Development / Electromechanical Systems We are looking for a Senior Principal Electromechanical Hardware Architect with 15+ years of experience in electromechanical product architecture, system integration, commercial product development, testing, product launches, and field issue resolution. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end electromechanical hardware architecture for complex commercial products. • Translate market requirements and customer needs into product and system architecture. • Lead integration of mechanical, electrical, electronics, controls, sensors, actuators and other subsystems. • Drive products from concept → prototype → testing → validation → production → commercial launch. • Lead system-level verification, validation and qualification testing. • Support manufacturing ramp-up, production readiness and product lifecycle activities. • Lead root-cause analysis, failure investigations and field complaint resolution. • Work closely with R&D, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Product Management teams. • Drive improvements in reliability, manufacturability, cost, quality and serviceability. • Convert customer feedback and field issues into product enhancements and next-generation requirements. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. 🛠️ Must-Have Skills ✅ 15+ years in Hardware / Systems / Electromechanical / Product Engineering ✅ Strong Electromechanical System Architecture & Integration ✅ Commercial New Product Development (NPD) ✅ Product Testing, Verification & Validation (V&V) ✅ Proven Product Launch / Manufacturing Transfer experience ✅ Field Failure / Complaint / Root Cause Analysis ✅ Customer & Market Requirements Engineering ✅ DFM / DFA, Reliability & Quality • ✅ Cross-functional technical leadership • pavan.kumar@bluefishtechnologies.net
