The Design Zen isn't your typical dukaan we're a premium interior materials studio that works closely with designers, architects, and homeowners to bring spaces to life. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and wants to grow into a career in business development. What you'll be doing: • Meeting and building relationships with interior designers, architects, and stylists across Mumbai • Generating leads and converting them into long-term, repeat business for TDZ • Following up warmly and consistently we believe in staying top-of-mind, not hard-selling • Attending site visits, studio walk-ins, and industry meet-ups on our behalf • Working closely with the founders to track relationships and close opportunities Who we're looking for: • Someone with the drive to build something, not just execute a checklist • Comfortable meeting people face-to-face as much as following up over calls/WhatsApp • Good communication skills able to represent TDZ's studio-first, consultative identity • Freshers welcome; prior BD/sales experience is a plus, not a requirement • Based in or willing to travel around Mumbai/MMR If you like the idea of working closely with founders, learning the ropes of a growing brand, and being the face of TDZ to some of Mumbai's top designers and architects we'd love to hear from you. 📩 DM us or send your CV to nikita@thedesignzen.com
