Senior Software Engineer (Java) - Bengaluru

Role Overview Genesis Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are transforming application development in financial markets with our low-code platform, enabling organizations to build secure and efficient applications rapidly. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, test, and maintain products using the Genesis Framework as a Java expert. - Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX developers, and core engineers throughout the full software development lifecycle. - Set project milestones, track progress, and ensure timely software releases with the expected capabilities and quality. - Adapt to new ways of working to remain agile and innovative in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development. - Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React, CSS/SaSS, WPF. - Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Aerospike) and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL). - Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to improve processes and workflows. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in both front-end and back-end Java development. - A proactive approach to knowledge expansion in areas beyond direct responsibilities.
