Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (BFSI) Experience: 3–4 Years Preferred: Experience with Zoho Applications Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BFSI) with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mutual Funds, Loans, Banking, or Financial Services, along with excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing financial processes, translating requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience with Zoho applications will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flow diagrams. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions. BFSI Domain Analysis • Work on projects related to Mutual Funds, Loans, Banking, Lending, Financial Products, or Wealth Management. • Understand financial workflows, regulatory requirements, and business processes. • Support business users in defining functional requirements and process improvements. Stakeholder Management • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Facilitate requirement workshops, client meetings, and solution discussions. • Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with business objectives. Solution Design & Project Support • Work closely with development and implementation teams during solution design and execution. • Validate functional requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Ensure solutions meet business needs and project objectives. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain project documentation, requirement traceability, and change requests. • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders. • Ensure timely communication of project progress and risks. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain. • Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or financial technology projects is preferred. • Candidates with prior experience working on Zoho implementation or customization projects will be given preference. Requirements • 3–4 years of Business Analyst experience • Strong domain expertise in BFSI, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: • Mutual Funds • Loans/Lending • Banking • Financial Services • Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and process mapping. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. • Experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.) is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
