Must-Have • Above mentioned Skills & Experience • Exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST • Good analytical abilities • Good Communication skills • Proficiency in using Tools like MS excel, PowerPoint, word, JIRA , MS Teams etc. Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role • Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements • Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities • Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment • Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product • Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g. AI in Core Banking) • Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects • Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Banking domain and translate that into business Requirements
