IBM Hiring Software Developer (Multiple Cities) | Hybrid, Graduate Engineers

We are looking for highly motivated Graduate Engineers with skills in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering and DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for learning, and interest in IBM and open-source technologies, especially Automation and AI solutions, are important. You will be a self-starter who needs limited supervision, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. This is a high-profile project at the core of IBM's new Workflow Automation strategy. Working with a wide range of stakeholders will be critical to meeting the high standards expected. A solid base in programming languages is required. Go, Java, Python or other scripting languages are useful. Key Skills and Requirements • Skills with React, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and CSS • Foundational knowledge of AI application development, including LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, RAG, MCP tools and Generative AI • Database concepts and familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL and ChromaDB • Participation in DevOps and CI/CD initiatives to improve development efficiency and software quality • Backend development with Python, Java or Go • Skills with test tools such as Jest, Cypress and Codecept • Knowledge of building API-driven interfaces and of API testing and automation • Knowledge of test automation development using Ansible and Python • Experience working with GitHub for source code control • Knowledge of cloud services, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure and GCP • DevOps experience • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift • Experience with Linux systems
