Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Trainee to join our construction/site execution team. The candidate will assist senior engineers in managing on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works- Monitor construction activities as per drawings and specifications- Support in quantity surveying and material estimation- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards- Maintain daily site reports (DSR) and documentation- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers- Ensure compliance with safety norms and regulations- Help in billing, BOQ preparation, and measurement sheetsRequired Skills:- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials- Understanding of AutoCAD / MS Excel / MS Office- Good communication and teamwork skills- Willingness to work in office and travel if required- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPay: ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
