HR and Marketing Internship

Job Title: HR & Marketing Intern About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across both Human Resources and Marketing. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do : Human Resources • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. • Maintain candidate and employee records. • Assist with onboarding and HR documentation. • Coordinate internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives. Marketing • Assist with lead generation and database management. • Communicate with partners and prospective clients through calls and follow-ups. • Coordinate with the sales and business development teams. • Update CRM records and support pipeline management. • Assist with social media activities across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. • Support partner outreach and marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confident interacting with clients and partners over phone and email. • Basic understanding of HR and marketing principles. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
