As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation, you'll help build and scale the systems, processes, and controls behind how Figma generates and recognizes revenue. You'll partner across RevOps, Business Systems, Billing Engineering, and Product to test and launch revenue-impacting system changes, translate business needs into requirements, and integrate new revenue streams as they come online. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Transformation. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Design, perform, and review UAT for revenue-impacting system changes, enhancements, new SKUs, and bug fixes — helping remove UAT blackouts across the RevOps pillars Contribute to and draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and revenue-systems initiatives Support billing and revenue systems, integrations, and the Stripe 3rd-party billing implementation as they scale with volume Help strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps and supporting appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties Support new revenue streams and acquisitions by helping integrate Q2C workflows, billing models, and data flows for accurate, automated invoicing and revenue recognition Use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and support continuous improvement of the Q2C ecosystem We'd love to hear from you if you have: 4+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue accounting, or finance systems Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and ASC 606 Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or major billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite Experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting process or system changes Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems, with strong attention to detail and end-to-end process thinking While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Experience in a public-company or SOX environment CPA and/or Big 4 revenue / technical accounting background Experience with usage-based pricing and associated billing models NetSuite, Stripe Billing, Zone Billing, and Snowflake experience; comfort with data (SQL / Snowflake / HEX) At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
