Our Cross-Border team works on payments that move between India and the rest of the world, in both directions:Global companies coming into India. We help foreign brands and payment companies accept payments from Indian customers.Indian businesses selling abroad. We help Indian brands get paid by customers in other countries.As our marketing intern, you'll help us tell that story. You'll work on content, social posts, and track how our campaigns perform. Everything you make goes live, and you'll see the results.What you'll doPublish content people find on Google and in AI toolsWrite web pages and FAQs that answer common questions from global companies entering IndiaWrite simple explainers for a new payment option we're launchingResearch what people search for in a new product area, and write content for it earlyTrack which pages show up in search and AI answers, and update the ones that don'tCreate for social mediaYou'll help plan our social content, create the posts, and see how they perform.Join planning sessions and pitch post ideas for each campaignCreate posts using AI tools for design and copy, from launch posts to custom visuals for brands we want to winWork with the social media team to schedule and publish posts Track how each post performs and report on what's workingManage campaign data and report resultsEvery campaign has a goal. You'll help us see whether we're hitting it.Build target lists we want to reachKeep track of campaign performance and maintain performance reportsCreate reports for monthly and quarterly team reviewsUse AI to work fasterAI tools are part of the job every day, not an extra.Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Canva AI to write, design and research fasterCreate reusable prompts and templates the team can shareCheck AI output carefully and fix it before it goes outWho we're looking forYou must haveA portfolio: links to things you've written, designed or built.
