About the Role We are hiring a Social Media Intern to support content creation, content planning, and day-to-day social media execution. This role is designed for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience working on real social media pages, not just observe from the sidelines. You’ll contribute to posts, reels, content ideas, scripting support, and social media coordination while learning how digital content is planned and executed in a growing organization. If you are creative, curious, and serious about building skills in content and social media, this role will give you real exposure from day one. Key Responsibilities Content Creation • Create and assist with posts, reels, stories, and social media creatives • Support caption writing, content scripting, and creative structuring • Help develop content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience engagement Social Media Management • Assist in managing live social media pages • Support scheduling, posting, and content coordination • Help maintain consistency in tone, content quality, and visual presentation Content Planning & Research • Assist in planning content calendars and upcoming campaigns • Research trends, formats, and relevant content ideas • Support brainstorming for awareness-driven and engagement-focused content Tool-Based Execution • Use Canva for basic visual content creation • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to support ideation, captions, and content drafting • Coordinate with internal team members for smooth execution of content tasks Eligibility Criteria • Freshers are welcome • Students or recent graduates with an interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or branding • Must be available to work on-site in Bhopal Skills Preferred • Basic knowledge of Canva • Familiarity with Instagram and social media content formats • Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini • Good written communication and basic content writing ability • Strong willingness to learn and execute • Interest in content creation, trends, and digital storytelling What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience working on real social media accounts • Practical exposure to content planning, creation, and execution • Learning under guidance in a growing organisation • Opportunity to build a portfolio of content work • Internship Certificate based on performance Application Questions (Mandatory) • Why are you interested in social media and content creation? • Have you used Canva or created social media content before?
