Senior Business Analyst - SAP Ecommerce( Contract For 1 year) (Karnataka)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, particularly SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with SAP Hybris development teams to design and implement eCommerce solutions. Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and existing system capabilities. Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors. Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Analyze and improve eCommerce business processes and customer journeys. Support UAT planning, execution, defect triaging, and sign-off activities. Monitor production issues and participate in root cause analysis and resolution. Maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), process flows, and user stories. Required Skills & Experience Functional Skills 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce projects. Robust understanding of: Product Catalog Management Search & Navigation Promotions & Pricing Shopping Cart & Checkout Order Management Customer Account Management Inventory & Fulfillment Payment Gateway Integrations Tax and Shipping Integrations B2C and/or B2B Commerce Technical Knowledge Good understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and capabilities. Experience working with: REST APIs and Web Services Integrations with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA) CRM, OMS, Payment Providers, and Third-Party Systems Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate effectively with development teams. Documentation & Analysis Expertise in writing: Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) User Stories Process Flows Use Cases Acceptance Criteria Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant SAP Commerce Cloud certifications are desirable.
