Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of our digital platform, website and mobile application. The role will involve working closely with business, technology, operations, compliance and external partners to deliver secure and seamless digital experiences. Experience: 8 - 12 years Location: Mumbai (HO) Key Responsibilities • Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for the platform, website and mobile app. • Convert business and customer requirements into product specifications, user stories and process flows. • Prioritise product features based on customer impact, business value and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with technology teams and vendors for development, testing and timely product releases. • Design simple and seamless digital journeys for retail and corporate customers. • Manage integrations with banks, card processors, payment networks, KYC providers and other partners. • Lead UAT, production-readiness checks and post-launch monitoring. • Track product performance, customer adoption, conversion, transaction success rates and service issues. • Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, PPI, data-security and privacy requirements. • Resolve product defects and customer-impacting issues within agreed timelines • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities. • Provide regular product updates, risks and performance reports to senior management. Qualification and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred. • 8–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in digital product management. • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, cards, forex or prepaid products is preferred. • Good understanding of mobile apps, websites, APIs, customer journeys and system integrations.
