WE’RE HIRING | PLANNING MANAGER Location: Budni, Madhya Pradesh Experience: Minimum 10 Years Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month Industry: Railway Project | Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, and milestones. Prepare project progress reports and track planned vs. actual progress. Manage project timelines, resource planning, and manpower deployment. Coordinate with project, engineering, billing, and execution teams. Identify project delays and implement corrective action plans. Prepare MIS reports and planning updates for management. Use Primavera P6 / MS Project for project scheduling and monitoring. Required Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills. Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
