Role Description Role Summary The Product Lead will own the CME-facing product definition and evolution of AI-led media solutions, while the underlying platform development and engineering are owned by the Blueverse product and technology teams. The role sits at the intersection of media clients, CME business and consulting teams, AI/model partners, and Blueverse. This is a client-facing, AI-intensive product role rather than a platform engineering ownership role. The incumbent will discover enterprise media problems, map client workflows, research relevant AI approaches, define reusable product requirements and use cases, and work with Blueverse to translate them into scalable platform capabilities. CME Product Mandate Own the CME AI product and use-case strategy across media workflows such as Video Intelligence, Ad tech use cases, Content Operations, QoE and emerging agentic applications. • Identify which client problems should become reusable CME capabilities, which should remain configurable client extensions, and which should be treated as one-off services. • Maintain the CME product/use-case roadmap and prioritize opportunities based on client value, repeatability, AI feasibility, commercial relevance and alignment with Blueverse platform capabilities. • Represent the CME AI product point of view in client, executive, GTM, consulting and Blueverse roadmap discussions. Client Discovery & Workflow Integration • Lead product discovery with media clients to understand the business problem, users, current operating workflow, systems, data, pain points, controls and desired business outcome. • Map how AI capabilities fit into existing client environments such as MAM/CMS, content supply-chain systems, data platforms, workflow tools and downstream distribution or monetization systems. • Convert discoveries into clear product requirements: user journeys, workflow diagrams, business rules, data/metadata needs, integration requirements, acceptance criteria and human-review checkpoints. • Identify where AI should assist, automate, recommend or remain human-controlled; avoid applying agentic AI where deterministic workflow or conventional automation is more appropriate. • Own the client-facing scope and product narrative for pilots/POCs, including what is standard, configurable and custom, and feed validated requirements back into the CME and Blueverse roadmaps. • Lead product demonstrations and solution workshops, explaining the business workflow, AI reasoning and value in language appropriate for both senior management and client technology teams. AI Research, Model & Partner Responsibilities • Act as the CME AI subject-matter lead with strong working knowledge of multimodal/video AI, computer vision, speech and language AI, LLMs, embeddings, semantic retrieval, RAG, recommendation systems and agentic workflow patterns. • Continuously research emerging models, media-AI products, hyperscaler capabilities and competitive platforms; translate relevant developments into actionable CME product opportunities rather than research for its own sake. • Evaluate specialist AI/model partners for use-case fit, quality, cost, latency, deployment constraints, security, extensibility, roadmap alignment and vendor lock-in. • Work with model partners on workflow fit, commercial constructs, model access and enterprise deployment requirements; recommend build, Blueverse-enable, partner or hybrid approaches. • Define how AI outputs should become usable workflow outcomes through metadata normalization, business rules, confidence thresholds, ranking, human review and feedback loops. • Partner with Data Scientists/AI SMEs where needed to define evaluation approach, test datasets, failure analysis and model-selection criteria for specific CME use cases. Blueverse Product & Technology Interface • Act as the primary CME product bridge into the Blueverse product and technology organization. • Translate validated CME client requirements into structured product inputs for Blueverse, including workflow needs, integration patterns, AI/model requirements, governance needs and reusable platform capabilities. • Work jointly with Blueverse on APIs, adapters, workflow orchestration, model onboarding and client integration patterns required to make CME solutions repeatable across accounts. • Maintain clear ownership boundaries: CME Product Lead owns the media problem, use case, workflow, requirements and client outcome; Blueverse owns how the horizontal platform is engineered and shipped. Preferred Experience & Qualifications • 8–9 years of experience across product management, enterprise AI/data products, B2B SaaS, workflow platforms or technology consulting with meaningful client-facing product ownership. • Strong experience translating ambiguous enterprise problems into product requirements, workflows, pilots and reusable capabilities. • Practical AI product knowledge across multimodal/video AI, LLMs, RAG, search, speech/language AI, model evaluation and agentic workflows. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration fundamentals including APIs, data/metadata models, event flows, cloud services, security, privacy and deployment constraints. • Experience evaluating and working with third-party AI/model providers, hyperscalers or technology partners and making pragmatic build-versus-partner decisions. • Excellent client discovery, problem structuring, executive presentation, product storytelling, stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills. • Media & Entertainment domain exposure, particularly content supply chain, video intelligence, localization, streaming or media operations, is strongly preferred. • Ability to work independently.
