Roles and Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Pega platform. Design, implement, and maintain complex business rules and processes within the Pega system. Develop test plans, execute tests, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for working with Pega tools. Job Requirements : 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work collaboratively in an iterative environment. Proficiency in Pega development tools such as PRPC, BPMN, Decision Strategies etc. . Experience with data modeling techniques for designing scalable databases. .
