Data Analyst Advanced Excel Expert Location: Multiple Locations Across India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 14 years Hiring for: Our client About the Role: Our client is looking for a Data Analyst who is an expert in Advanced Excel to turn raw data into clear, actionable business insights. You'll build dashboards, automate reports, and support decision-making across teams. Open to candidates pan-India. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel • Use formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas, and nested functions • Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Power Query/Power Pivot models • Automate recurring reports using Macros/VBA • Clean, validate, and structure large datasets for analysis • Present data trends and insights to stakeholders in a clear, visual format • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams to define reporting needs Requirements: • Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros) • Working knowledge of formulas: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/nested IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, array formulas • Good understanding of data analytics concepts and reporting best practices • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus but not mandatory • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Graduate in any stream; certification in Advanced Excel/Data Analytics preferred What's Offered: • Exposure to real business data and decision-making • Salary Range - Industry standard • Flexible remote/hybrid working options across locations • Growth path into Senior Analyst/Business Intelligence roles
