Lead/Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services to support capital markets initiatives. Wealth Management experience will be a huge plus. Responsibilities • Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and product roadmap • Understand and identify the product capabilities, features and functions • Define Epics and stories along with success criteria • Elaborate stories, business logic, and business results • Manage the product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and Stories • Participate in sprint review demos and provide feedback • Track feedback and ensure it is incorporated into the backlog and prioritized accordingly • Participate in incident triaging • Serve as the go-to person for business questions and clarifications Requirements • 7-15 years of overall experience in IT, including 8+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science preferred • Background in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, and Product Management • Experience in the Finance Domain, such as Capital Markets or Wealth Management • Skills in BRD, FRD, requirements gathering, and user stories • Expertise in product roadmap development and product refinement • Business acumen and ability to provide business and end customer perspective • Strong communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
