Walvekar Construction is hiring a Junior Civil Site Engineer for an ongoing industrial project in Talegaon. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with limited experience who want hands-on exposure to industrial construction environments.Key Responsibilities- Assist in site execution and supervision of industrial civil works- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work on-site- Support in measurement, billing quantities, and BOQ tracking- Maintain daily progress reports and site records- Ensure proper use of materials and workforceRequired Skills & Qualifications- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering- Basic knowledge of industrial construction practices- Familiarity with drawings and site execution processes- Strong communication and coordination skills- Willingness to work full-time on-sitePreferred Candidate Profile- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience- Candidate based in Pune / willing to relocate to Talegaon- Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn in office execution
