Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bulandshahr. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, supporting layout plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers and site teams, monitoring construction activities, performing basic calculations, and assisting in resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves inspecting work progress, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting the planning and execution of stormwater, drainage, and other civil infrastructure systems. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to quality control, safety practices, and project scheduling to help deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. • Experience or training relevant to Civil Engineers, including understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations. • Skills in Planning, including project scheduling, resource coordination, and basic cost awareness. • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure, such as drainage systems and water flow control. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Basic proficiency with CAD software and common civil engineering tools; familiarity with MS Office for documentation and reporting. • Ability to work on-site in Bulandshahr, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with supervisors, contractors, and clients. • Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality standards, and willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
