Job role : Estimation and Billing Civil Engineer Company: MK Developers Experience: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Location: Spine Road, Moshi Pradhikaran, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune Employment Type: Full-time | On-site About the Role MK Developers is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimation, Billing & Procurement Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, contractor billing, material procurement and cost monitoring to ensure efficient project execution within the approved budget. Key Responsibilities • Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs and material requirement statements. • Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills based on site measurements and executed work. • Handle construction material procurement, including quotations, rate comparisons and vendor negotiations. • Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to ensure timely material availability. • Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase, invoice and delivery records. • Monitor material consumption and maintain material reconciliation statements. • Track project expenditure against approved budgets and identify cost variations. • Maintain estimation, billing, procurement and cost-related reports. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and the accounts team. Requirements • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in estimation, billing and construction procurement. • Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, rate analysis and contractor billing. • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage. • Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation and coordination skills. • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. 📍 Important Eligibility Criteria Candidates must currently reside in Pimpri-Chinchwad or nearby areas of Pune.
