Description : Experience : 7+ Years Notice Period : Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Location : Pan India (Hybrid / As applicable) Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within an Agile Release Train (ART) supporting pharmaceutical and patient services initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive system integrations, optimize patient workflows, and ensure high quality delivery in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and RTEs to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements - Analyze and document current and future state business processes related to patient services - Translate business needs into well defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation - Support PO activities, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency management - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, PI planning, and agile ceremonies - Support system integrations across CRM, ERP, patient platforms, APIs, and third party vendors - Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and support change management initiatives - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and successful delivery Must Have Skills : - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments - Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and user story writing - Experience in Product Owner support activities - Understanding / exposure to AI driven solutions or analytics use cases - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Good to Have : - Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare domain - Knowledge of patient services workflows - Experience with system integration projects (APIs, data mapping, vendor coordination) - Exposure to HIPAA, GxP, or other compliance heavy environments - Understanding of data privacy and patient consent management Tools & Methodologies : - Jira, Confluence - Agile / SAFe - Process modeling & documentation tools
