We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who is creative, proactive and interested in learning complete digital marketing practically. What You’ll Do • Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube and maintain regular posting. • Plan content calendars, posts, stories, campaigns and Reels. • Creating and appearing in Reels is a mandatory part of this internship. • Research trending topics, hooks, formats, competitors and content ideas. • Write captions, basic scripts and creative content ideas. • Track social media performance, engagement and audience growth. What You’ll Learn • Complete Social Media Marketing practically. • Meta Ads & Lead Generation. • Content Strategy & Social Media Planning. • Instagram, Facebook & YouTube growth strategies. • AI Tools for content creation, marketing and productivity. • Analytics, reporting and performance optimization. Who We’re Looking For • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube. • Camera-friendly and comfortable creating and appearing in Reels. • Confident, energetic and expressive personality. • Creative and updated with current social media trends. • Good communication and content-writing skills. • Proactive, willing to learn and ready to take responsibility. Freshers can apply. Previous experience is not mandatory, but basic social media knowledge is preferred. Performance Bonus The ₹3,000 monthly stipend is fixed.
