Data Analyst – Operations Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst – Operations to analyze operational data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide insights that help improve business performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. • Track key operational KPIs and performance metrics. • Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities. • Work with operations teams to understand business requirements and data needs. • Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports. • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible. • Present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders. • Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements. Required Skills • 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts). • Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good attention to detail and data accuracy. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
