Role Description The Data Analyst Trainer is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and delivering data analytics training to learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, creating practical exercises and case studies, and conducting live or recorded sessions on topics such as data analysis, statistics, and data modeling. The trainer will review learner assignments, provide constructive feedback, and support participants in applying analytical concepts to real-world scenarios. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the curriculum team to update course content, tracking learner progress, and contributing to best practices for effective online instruction. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise. • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling. • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for teaching and mentoring. • Relevant experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or analytics professional is beneficial. • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical subjects is an advantage. • Familiarity with common analytics tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, spreadsheets) is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is desirable. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time teaching schedules effectively.
