Information Technology Product Manager

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise digital products that enable business transformation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision  Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.  Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and automation.  Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals.  Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes. Product Delivery  Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and adoption.  Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and solution designs.  Drive backlog prioritization and release planning with engineering teams.  Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives. Business Partnership  Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.  Facilitate requirement gathering, solution workshops, and user acceptance testing.  Build consensus across cross-functional teams and drive alignment on priorities. Value Realization  Measure product adoption, business impact, and return on investment.  Continuously improve product capabilities through user feedback and analytics.  Drive change management and user engagement to maximize adoption. Governance & Operational Excellence  Ensure enterprise products support organizational policies, standards, and governance requirements.  Promote data integrity, process consistency, and operational transparency.  Champion best practices in product management and agile delivery.
