Location: Bangalore Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Experience: 4–7 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer / Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions for banking applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for banking applications. - Build system integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and REST APIs. - Develop workflow-based solutions for banking use cases. - Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data management. - Integrate Elasticsearch for search and real-time querying. - Collaborate with architects, frontend teams, and business stakeholders. - Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. - Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps activities. Required Skills - Core Java & Spring Boot - Microservices Architecture - RESTful API Development - Kafka / RabbitMQ - OpenAPI / Swagger - MongoDB & PostgreSQL - Elasticsearch - Docker & Git - CI/CD & DevOps - Strong problem-solving skills Domain Experience (Preferred) - Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services. - Knowledge of Retail & Corporate Banking systems. - Experience with Digital Banking platforms, Portal APIs, workflows, and system integrations is preferred.
