Billing Engineer – Job Description Position: Billing Engineer Industry: Construction / Façade / Infrastructure Location: Noida, sector 142 Key Responsibilities: • Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and Final Bills for clients and subcontractors. • Prepare, review, and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities). • Measure work executed at the site and prepare billing quantities. • Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Accounts team for billing and payment processing. • Prepare client invoices and ensure timely bill submission. • Track project progress and maintain billing records. • Verify subcontractor bills based on work completion. • Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings. • Assist in preparing project cost reports and billing MIS. • Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications. Requirements: • Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Experience: 2–5 years in Construction, Façade, or Infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Final Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Quantity Take-Off. • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. • Proficiency in MS Excel. • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage. • Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is preferred. • Good communication and coordination skills. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
